I’ve purchased plenty of mid grade puzzles from Amazon that are clearly mass produced sloppily.

Nothing puzzles came in and from the very beginning it was clear that this was art.

Not only is the puzzle clearly designed by a person who wants to have fun designing something memorable for you, but the parts feel like they could be mass produced but clearly aren’t.

I had a small, tiny problem with mine. I really didn’t want to bother this person but I was confused that maybe something was off about my puzzle so I messaged the account on instagram. The owner reached out himself and helped me troubleshoot. When something wasn’t to his standard he immediately offered to replace the entire puzzle.

With this level of care, this company is destined to become much larger.

The only puzzle I have left to solve is “when will you make more designs?”

The production quality is simply top-notch and the thinking behind the puzzles is amazing. Although I’ve only completed the first of the trilogy, I’m already waiting for the next release.

The box was sitting in my office for a few days. FRAGILE, this side up, it said. That box traveled from the other side of the world to get to me. This morning, I opened it. Inside, a black box, with nothing written on it. And finally the three artifacts, inscrutable, pristine. I've spent the better part of a day studying them, and am now writing this for you, should those artifacts find you.

They are very well made, operate very smoothly. You're never second-guessing yourself while manipulating the puzzles, unlike some other 3D printed puzzles.

Now, on the design side, are there some steps that are way too janky, as in you know what to do and still have to finagle your way to the solution with little to no feedback? The location puzzle is one.

Was I very frustrated at the solutions that involve wordplay? At least I knew I wasn't completely screwed so I didn't bolt and persevered. But I still think I shouldn't be looking for English words in an unknown origin artifact. Breaks immersion.

But after each bullshit step, a clever one is there to make my heart skip a beat. So it's still a 5/5, especially at this price point, it's a clever, luxury puzzle set, that I'll be happy to solve again once I've forgotten the solution of the few 'escape room' style combination locks.

And I'm very much hoping to see what the next puzzle you come up with will be.

I had so much fun completing this puzzle! It was very challenging to keep my brain thinking the whole time but I couldn’t put it down! Wish I could do it again all over. Can’t wait to do more!!

I was given the ECD - 002 to work at and enjoyed it so much that I immediately booked an escape room because I wanted the fun to continue! Challenging enough but the leaps of logic weren’t too big to want to give up. The materials were well made and felt sturdy. Keen to try another!!

The puzzles are amazingly presented, all white and smooth, very enjoyable to pick up and interact with. Despite being not great at physical puzzles these were very satisfying -- every step felt natural and there were a few surprises! More puzzles please!

Still working on completing the full trilogy. I’m taking my time because the puzzles are so cool I don’t want to rush to the finish. Presentation, packaging is all top notch. Definitely stands out.

I knew as soon as I opened my package that I would love all of these puzzles. Visually, they are simple and clean looking, and you would swear there was not going to be any complexity to them at all. Yet, once you dive in, there is just enough intrigue to keep you going without forcing a rage quit. Loved them!

Unreal puzzling experience. All 3 boxes are amazing, top to bottom. Exactly the right amount of difficulty so that you have to stop and think, but not so hard that you get stuck forever. Highly recommend and can't wait to see what Nick comes out with next.

The puzzles aesthetically amazing; so simple. However, they are deceivingly challenging. One piece I only unlocked by accident when by how I set one down. Keep me busy for a decent time and were easy enough to reconstruct for the next challenger.

Unbelievable. Once i started i couldn't stop until i was finished. As good as if not better than some of the best escape rooms i've done. Loved the different challenges and mechanisms across the boxes. 10/10

I love the pure, clean stark visuals of this trio [or quartet, really].

I was hoping for a slightly greater challenge that would have taken me a bit longer to solve, but it's a wonderful set that proceeds from easier mechanisms to some more advanced in the end.

As such, it's perfect for perhaps presenting to a room full of non-puzzling friends! Maybe they'll get sucked in.

Speaking of getting sucked in, I was a big fan of the story / written elements in the ECD, which are the cards at the outset but little else, sadly. I would have liked more! But that just goes to show, it must have been good, if I wanted more. :}

Had a blast solving these puzzles. Very clever and well made!

The puzzles were so much fun. I love the packaging, it keeps the puzzles all together and is great for displaying. Can't wait to see what the next puzzle!
